Arms n Abs

I am totally random with my posts.  Everything I read says "be sure to be consistent with your blog posts" and I am totally just, not consistent.  But sometimes the most inconsistent are consistent in another field.  I love working out but sometimes life gets in the way and getting a purposeful, planned workout just doesn't happen.  Well, today it actually happened, well like 90% of the workout happened before I had to walk away due to mom duties.  So join in my fun and get in 2 sets of 20's.

I used my 15# kettle bell for the KB exercises and here's some links to demonstrate some of the exercises.  If you have any questions, please ask, I'm happy to answer!
