Do you feel like a cat or cow?

Hey hey hey.  It's the first day...of the #taketheleap yoga challenge!

My first pose is a Cat/Cow combo.  I love to do this whenever.  It loosens up your spine and helps clear your head.  Combine the moves with an large inhale for the Cow and exhale into your cat.  Even my 5 year old mastered it in the matter of 2 minutes.  You can totally do it!
