Bosu Blast

Here's a fun workout I did at the gym.  It's a quick blast, just repeat 3 times and you're done!

The Bosu Squat can be modified by putting your whole foot on the Bosu, the version I show is increasing the difficulty by lifting up the heel.

The plank is just like the pushup.  You can modify it by doing in on your knees or decreasing the time.

The cross body sit up can be replaced with plain sit ups.  You are basically using the Bosu to make you more off balance so your core works harder.
