Embrace the suck

My training (or lack thereof) this week has been minimal at best.  I really haven't rain since my 10 miler LAST Friday! Oops.  But sometimes that's what happens when you are a woman and have kids that get sick and can't go to Kidzone at the gym so you can get your Yasso's (aka butt kicking speed work) in.

Well, at least I'll give you a few songs to get your butt moving so hopefully you can get to the gym to work the sweat out and "Embrace the suck!"
