Fitness Survey and Giveaway!!

1.  What part of your body do you want to work on the most?

My abs.  My midsection is my least favorite body part and never seems to get the way I want it to.

2.  Favorite and least favorite part of your workout?

The warm up.  Whether it's running or in a workout in the gym, I just want to jump right on into it.  I know it's important but I have a hard time not starting out full force.  My favorite is the cool down.  I love the satisfied feeling of having completed a hard workout and finish up with some yoga to stretch everything out.

3.  What is your favorite fitness class to attend?

YOGA!  I love Zumba too, but I LOVE yoga.

4.  Do you have a favorite smoothie recipe?

Anything with spinach in it!  Hehe, I know when I put spinach in my smoothie it adds no taste but lots of nutrients.  I also love blueberries, yum.
5.  Favorite place to run? (trails, track, streets, treadmill, etc)

Outside, trails are my all time favorite!  But since I don't know any trails in this area I settle for streets.

Share a picture of your race bling!

I've thrown most of my race medals away over the years and through moves.  But I've kept all my 1/2 marathons, marathon, and triathlon medals.  I'll share my picture tomorrow on Facebook but my kids are sleeping as I write this so I can't go in my craft room and be noisy.
