New Fav App

Even though I'm a fitness instructor, sometimes I need a little pick me up challenger.  I heard about this app from pbfingers.com and tried it out today.  I did one of the arms focused workouts that was 15 minutes and I was WORKING!  I loved it and I hope you do too!  Even better, it's free!

  1. I have had this downloaded for a while but never really used it. I did a runner's stretching workout for 15 minutes the other night on the app, and it was great!
