#goalscheck Monday

Today is the first Monday of the month so it's time to make some goals.  I really haven't done very good at making goals each month.  I really have to dedicate myself to something in order to say it's a goal.  I have to have reason behind it.

After completing my first triathlon last week, I've already signed up for another…for this Sunday.  I'm really excited, kinda nervous, but definitely have the hope to beat my "old" time.  So my first goal this month is to beat my old time.

My second goal is to drink at least 64 oz of water a day.  I have a 32 oz water bottle that I use so I can easily measure the 2 bottles a day.
