October Fitness Survey

1.  Run or Walk?
RUN!

2.  Elliptical or Treadmill?
Elliptical, I get so bored on the treadmill. At least on the elliptical I can read a magazine!

3.  Longest distance you’ve ever ran(or walked or biked)?
26.2 The 2011 Houston Marathon

4.  How many days a week do you work out?
At least 4, usually 6

5.  What’s your favorite cold weather recipe?
Definitely my homemade Chicken soup...soooo good!

6. Do you lift weights?
Yes, mostly just hand weights for toning

7. Do you have a dream race you want to participate in?
The list is a bit long, the Boston Marathon, maybe an Ironman, the Disney runs, just to make it short
