Playlist for my first fitness classes

I taught my first workout class this past Monday.  I was SO nervous...about the warm up!  I feel totally confident leading someone through a workout but I'm not very good at warming up.  That is a part of my workouts that have always lacked and am totally open to suggestions!

I do love picking out tunes to jazz up my classes so I am happy to share almost my whole playlist for my 30 minutes Abs class that I taught.

  1. Great list!!! High energy is key. I do spin 3 days a week and when my instructor has high upbeat fun music it makes me push 10 times harder.
