  • TUESDAY:  Chicken Caesar Sandwiches
  • WEDNESDAY:Chicken tenders salad with Cajun dressing
  • THURSDAY:  Stouffer's manicotti
  • FRIDAY:  BLT's!

Tri Training

I'm so excited to start training for my first tri.  I traded my mountain bike with my mom for her old school road bike.  So it is officially ON!  I'm researching training regimes and beginner tri's in the DFW area.  If you have any suggestions, tips, or ANYTHING please let me know!  Yay!
