1.  What did you eat for breakfast?

Belvita Bar and coffee.  It was a busy morning and my 18mth old has had a fever since Friday night so my needs are sort of in the background.

2.  How much water do you drink a day?

I don't know.  I usually use one cup for my water for several days and I usually have to refill my 20 oz cup 3-4 times. 

3.  What is your current favorite workout?

I LOVE Yoga and Running but lately I've been doing this fitness class at my gym called Total Body Blast and I'm seeing major results in my toning so I'm kinda in lust with it!

4.  How many calories do you eat a day?

I have no idea.  I've never been much of a calorie counter, except after my 2nd baby and even then it only last like 2 weeks and I got frustrated.  I measure my intake and weight by my clothes.  I know where I feel good and when my clothes fit the way they should and I am always working towards that comfort level.

5.  What are your favorite healthy snacks?

Dannon Oikos Key Lime Greek Yogurt, my oatmeal bites, and almonds.

6.  What do you usually eat for lunch?

Depends, lately I've loved salads topped with some sort of protein like HEB's Salmon steaks or left over pork loin or even lunch meat.  But I'll admit sometimes a Totino's pizza works it's way into the mix!

7.  What is your favorite body part to strength train?

This is a tricky question, I want to strengthen my core but I enjoy training my legs.  Why, you ask? I love for my core to be flat, well at least not flabby, but I'm not a fan of crunches and the like.  I enjoy training my legs because I KNOW they are strong and deep inside me I find strength in making me work harder because I know my legs are strong and it makes me proud.

8.  What is your least favorite body part to strength train?

I think I accidentally answered this question right above! I hate doing planks, crunches, boat, 100's.  Why, I don't know? I can do them and lots of em but 45 sec into a plank I'm literally getting through the burn by picturing myself in a bikini just to get through it.  I hate working my abs but I love the results from working them!

9. What are your “bad” food cravings?

Oh, man.  My downfall. Literally one of my quotes I live by "I work out so hard so I can have a bowl of ice cream every night".  My downfalls are many, sauces, bread, pasta, noteably Totino's pizzas and Mega stuffed oreos.  But I figure I work for it so it's ok...

By the way, if you ever have an opportunity to have a Mega Stuf Oreo, eat it!  They are my fav!

10. Do you take vitamins or supplements?

Yes, I take several daily vitamins and Love to try supplements via BuluBox samples.  I usually add protein powder to my Carnation GoodStart milk drink every morning to give me an easy yet filling breakfast. 

11. How often do you eat out?

No, maybe 1-2 times a week total.  I usually allow 1 lunch out a week and 1 dinner out a week.

12. Do you eat fast food?

Yes, but not that often.  Usually Chick fila or pizza. 

13. Who is your biggest supporter?

My hubs.  I love it when he brings my kids to my runs to "Watch Mama Run!"

14. Do you have a gym membership?

Yes, I go to my local rec center, Burleson Recreation Center.  Just about every day!  I love that they have child care and take great care of my kids.  While I get a little break from the kids and I burn some calories.

15. How many hours of sleep do you get a night?

Anywhere from 7-10.  Depends on how late I go to sleep (not usually very late) and how late my kids let me sleep in the morning. 

16. Do you have a “cheat” day?

No, I work out so I can eat what I want.  I try to have healthy choices and usually prefer healthier options anyway.

17. Do you drink alcohol?

Yes, just about every night I have 1-2 glasses of red wine.  Hey, it's good for your heart! lol

18. Do you have a workout buddy?

No, I wish I did but I've always been a bit to overcharged about working out.  I've never really found anyone at my fitness level and as excited about working out as me.

19. What is the best thing that has changed about your life since committing to a healthy lifestyle?

The way I feel.  I almost always feel good and I love how my body looks when I've been physically active.

20. What was the last healthy thing you did?

I went for a run tonight pushing both of my kids in the stroller.  I love going out for a jog.  I actually ran to the PetsMart to get some dog leashes and got some funny looks because I was obviously in the middle of working out but stopped to shop! lol

21.  What are your favorite shoes to work out in?

My Brooks running shoes.  I love them!
