Superbowl Party Appetizers!

You yourself may not be a football fan but chances are, you are having a party or are going to a SuperBowl party so yummy appetizers are a necessity! If you are looking for ideas, here you go!  Enjoy!

  • Monkey Bread:  I've never actually made this but it is so super yummy and my friends say it's super easy to make.
  • Vegetable plate:  Ok, the guys might not be all about it but the ladies will appreciate a healthy alternative!  I love this one I found on pinterest that makes such great use of the veges themselves!

  • Easy peasy buffalo wings:  Everyone loves buffalo wings.  I only eat boneless wings so bringing my own is always a good option.  Here's an easy way to make some quick:  buy a bag of chicken tenders and bake them in the oven according to the directions on the bag, when they are done toss them with some buffalo wing sauce.  Serve with some bleu cheese and ranch dressings and there you go!
  • Frito Pie:  I always forget about this old school fav.  Fritos, some cans of chili, shredded cheddar cheese, and some chopped white onions!
  • Sweet n Sour Meatballs: I found this recipe from Kooky Carol's Kitchen Concoctions because it uses a crockpot.  I'm always a fan of the crockpot!

  • Sloppy Joe Sliders:  Hello.  Easy peasy sloppy joes! Brown some beef or lower fat ground turkey, stir in the sloppy joe sauce and serve on mini buns!
  • Pulled pork sliders:  This is an easy crockpot one.  Toss a pork roast in the crockpot Sunday morning with some BBQ sauce, worcheshire sauce, and fill the pot about an inch of beef broth.  Cook all day and shred and put on mini buns.  Even add some mozzarella cheese on it for some added yum!

Dips

  • French Onion Dip:  Mix Plain Greek yogurt and dry French Onion soup mix.
  • Queso:  Velveeta and rotel in a crockpot.  So stinkin easy!
  • Pimento Cheese:  You can just pick it up at the grocery store and it's so good on pretzels or crackers.
  • 7 layer dip:  I found this adorable Super Bowls recipe!

  • Guacamole: I haven't tried this recipe but it's Martha Stewart and it's pretty close to how I make mine by just throwing stuff in a bowl.
  • Ninfa's Green Sauce:  THIS is HUGE! In my book, I love this sauce.  I will literally drink it with my chips.
