One Minute Merry Workout

I haven't posted a workout in a long time so I think I owe you one especially with all the sweets around this holiday season.  I have the Dallas Half Marathon on Sunday so I'm on the last week of training for this one.  I jumped on the treadmill and ran two easy 9:30 miles to satisfy my training and then completed this circuit.

I was sweating in no time and the 1 legged squats were pretty tough to balance out the third time around!  Have fun and Sweat on!
