Speed work + Classic Rock Playlist

Been an bit of an uninspiring week for working out.  You know when you get on the treadmill and you are running and yet your legs just don't seem to lose that heavy feeling?  It was a bit of an easy week for half marathon training.

I went to yoga and ran 4 miles at a 9 minute/mile pace Monday.  It was nice and the kids fell asleep in the stroller!  Wednesday was supposed to be a boring 3 miles at 10 minute/mile pace but I attempted to rev it up with some speed work.

I'm off to the gym now to finish up this lazy week with a 4 mile treadmill run @ 10 min/mile pace.  I might have to speed that up a bit though, I tend to get bored on the treadmill so I find using the the faster I run the sooner I'll get done mentality works wonders to get me through the workout.
