Paper Plates make you slide



I've been a bit uninspired lately when it comes to circuit workouts so I am super pumped to show you what I dreamed up last night after eating dinner off of paper plates.  My paper plate sliding circuit workout incorporates 6 moves done one after another for 3 sets.  My friend and I did the workout on a basketball gym floor and we had fun testing out my moves, getting our heart pumping, and making our thighs burn!

1.  SCISSOR SLIDES
10 reps


2.  SLIDING SPIDERMAN
10 reps per leg


3.  CLOCKWORK SLIDING LUNGES
5 reps (a rep is demonstrated fully below)


4.  PUSHUP SLIDE
10 reps


5.  SLIDING MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
30 seconds


6.  HAMMY SLIDES
10 reps


After completing the circuit, my friend and I jumped on the elliptical for some quick cardio to finish up our workout.  My heart was pumping and my thighs are still burning!
